Is it possible to start an Ebase workflow process from outside an Ebase application? Maybe using web services. Has anyone tried this successfully?

You can start a Workflow process from an external system using web services, as you say.

If you have the Integration Server, you can create your own web services with an operation to run the command 'workflow open job' and pass into the web service any required parameters.
